GRATITUDE

To say I am excited is an understatement. The launch of this site has been a long time in the making – 34 years to be precise. It is a central place where I can share lots of useful content for anyone who happens to land on the page. I have kept in my mind throughout what kind of content would have been useful to me in the challenging times – and here it is. I will let you read a little bit more about my journey to setting up this website over at the Home tab.

All I want to say here is THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has helped me make this site happen. For all the love and support from Dave, my family, friends and to those of you who have contributed content to the site (Claire, Eve and Jane), proof read it (Mum and Claire) and to everyone who is stopping by. I couldn’t have done it without you.

For a long time I have wanted to put wellbeing front and centre of the work I do and there seems like no better time to do it. Grab a cuppa and see what you can find…I would recommend you start over in the Wellbeing Treasure Chest. Have fun 🙂
